Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage food cost and quality to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including back of house and front of house
• Ensure proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation practices are followed
• Manage inventory, ordering, and staffing to meet business needs

Required Skills:

• Food Cost Management: Ability to control costs while maintaining quality
• Food Quality: Commitment to delivering high-quality dishes to customers
• Casual Dining Experience: Understanding of casual dining restaurant operations
• Back of House Knowledge: Experience managing kitchen operations
• Restaurant Operations: Knowledge of overall restaurant management

Nice to Have Skills:

• ServSafe Certified
• Food and Beverage Management Experience
• Food Safety Certification

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $60,000 - $120,000 per year
