Position Overview:

A distinguished, high-net-worth client is seeking a professional and experienced full-time private Chef to join her private household staff. This is an exclusive opportunity to work in a fully staffed estate, providing exceptional culinary services to an elderly female client with unique personal and behavioral characteristics. The role requires emotional neutrality, professionalism, and utmost discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals tailored to the clients preferences and medical needs

Accommodate specific dietary requirements related to diabetes and other health concerns, which will be fully discussed during the interview process.

Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure meals align with current health and medication considerations

Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, inventory, and sanitation

Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a setting that may include eccentric behaviors and conversations.

Exercise absolute discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality

Candidate Requirements:

Recent Serve Safe Manager Food Handlers Certificate

Formal Culinary training or equivalent experience in high-end private households or fine dining environments

Female Applicants only, as per clients request

Candidates must live within a radius of Palm Beach County

Demonstrated experience in preparing meals for clients with medical or dietary restrictions, especially diabetes

Ability to remain composed, professional, and non-reactive in unconventional or unpredictable environments

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent professional references and the ability to pass a back ground check

Must demonstrate discretion, loyalty and resilience

Compensation & Schedule:

Full-time position, year round with flexibility as needed (Trial period before yearly contract)

Highly competitive compensation, commensurate with experience to be discussed in interview
