As a Line Cook, you'll get to show off your cooking chops and help whip up our menu of American favorites like pasta and seafood. What You'll Be Doing:

• Whip up menu items following Eddie's Bistro & Bar's recipes and standards
• Make sure plates look great and portions are on point
• Work with the kitchen team on planning and prepping the menu
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly, managing food costs and quality
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines

Skills You Need:

• Experience in broiling, sautéing, grilling, and making sauces
• Know your way around a la carte and scratch cooking
• Handle special diets and restrictions like a pro
• Top-notch knife skills and pastry-making abilities
• Experience with breakfast, batch cooking, and keeping food quality top-notch

Bonus Skills:

• Background in kitchen management
• Understanding of food cost control
• Pastry-making experience

Pay and Perks:

• Starting Salary: $30,000.00
• Top Salary: $40,000.00
