Riemer Hospitality is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in our new and soon to open AndyS Sport and Entertainment Restaurant in Ludington, MI.

Andy’s in Ludington will soon be the ultimate destination for live music, sports, and entertainment. We will have golf simulators, private party rooms, fire tables on the rooftop terrace, 3 bars, private dining and a DJ, Andy’s has something for everyone. Enjoy comedy, live music, dancing, and arts events on the main stage, enhanced by a video wall for an immersive experience. The large circular bars serve Michigan’s favorite beers on tap, and TVs on every wall ensure you never miss the action. Perfect for hanging out with friends and enjoying handcrafted food, drinks, and nonstop fun!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Kitchen management and supervision
• Food cost management and budgeting
• Ensuring food quality and consistency
• Overseeing back of house operations

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in culinary management
• Proven track record in menu development
• Strong knowledge of food and labor cost management
• Experience in banquet catering and food preparation
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards (ServSafe Certified)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in culinary arts and nutrition
• Previous experience in food service management

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $80,000.00 -$95,000 annual
