Required Skills:

• Experience in culinary arts
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
• ServSafe Certified
• Ability to manage food and beverage costs
• Experience in ordering and purchasing

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in merchandising
• Strong interviewing skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $47,150 to $80,100 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and dining discounts at Prime Cut Restaurant.
