Position Summary:
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry) and ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes. You will work closely with the Chef d Cuisine and Executive Chef to maintain consistency, efficiency, and creativity in every plate served.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of your assigned kitchen station
  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards
  • Assist with menu planning, specials, and new dish development
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
  • Support team members during service to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a high-end kitchen
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation
