We are currently seeking a Line Cook/Sous Chef to join our team at Bosque Resort Restaurant in Clifton, TX. This position requires someone with a passion for culinary arts and a strong work ethic.
As a Line Cook/Sous Chef, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including broiling, grilling, pasta dishes, scratch cooking, breakfast and brunch items, plate presentation, knife skills, sautéing, portion control, sauce making, seafood preparation, à la carte cooking, and ensuring food quality for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
This is a full-time position and wage is highly dependent upon experience and willingness to learn and work hard. Opportunities are endless for the right candidate.
