Are you a skilled Pastry Chef looking for a challenging role in a high-volume production facility? Look no further! Our company is seeking an experienced individual to lead our pastry team in creating 20,000 macarons and other desserts daily. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 20 pastry professionals in coordinating production and ensuring orders are fulfilled
  • Utilize scheduling and production preparation skills to meet daily production goals
  • Ensure food processing and safety standards are met, including Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP knowledge
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper temperature control in production areas
  • Operate various machines, including depositors, and assist with hands-on production as needed

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a bakery setting
  • 1 year of experience in food production and employee management
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
  • Experience with using depositors and other pastry production machines

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
