Job Title: SUSHI-COOK Company: Location: Snoqualmie, WA Description: A Local Casino has a Full-Time Opening for 2 Sushi Cooks.JOB DESCRIPTION:To produce food according to the Sushi and Noodle Bar specifications in a timely fashion. To keep the Sushi and Noodle Bar kitchen in a safe and organized condition. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in the minimum guest service expectations. Responsible for quality, quantity and timeliness of food preparation. Communicate with Restaurant Supervisors/Manager regarding issues as they arise. Ensure a quality-plated food presentation, portioning according to recipe standards, proper garnishes and substitution procedures are followed consistently. Implement all Hospitality procedures for food storage, rotation, spoilage, sanitation and prevention of cross-contamination. Responsible for following recipes, times and temperatures in order to produce high quality and consistent products.
