Description:
Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the incumbent is fully responsible for the daily preparation of the pastries, cakes, special event orders and all other desserts.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED as well as Culinary Arts degree preferred with 6-10 years of elaborate dessert and pastry presentation along with high volume production experience preferred. Must have administrative skills that include computer knowledge, recipe costing and knowledge of dessert menu development. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.
