Must be able to work lunch, dinner, and banquets. This is not a culinary school. Must have minimum of five years experience. Must understand and apply knife skills, proper sanitation, mise en place, respect and discipline. I am looking for hard working passionate chefs who just want to make some good food.

Job Title: Relief Chef/Cook Company: Location: Bozeman, MT Description: Relief Chef for busy restaurant, experience is a must, will work part-time (2-3 days a week), great pay for right person, must finish out season to receive any bonuses. Hours are from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Duties include getting line ready and some prep for dinner, saute and some grill. Fun and great work environment! Housing not available!
