Analyze school lead, enrollment and start data to identify high schools within the area where it would be most beneficial for lead generation. Understand and create a high school lead achievement plan through analysis of local high school student population and culinary class offerings. Create/Analyze strategic outreach plan that includes creating market penetration strategy.  Monitor and assess performance levels of high school plans generated and modify according to desired results. Utilize current data management systems available to create a zip code analysis or similar type of demographic targeting for creating a tiered high school contact plan. Establish contact with appropriate schools.  Develop and conduct professional and informative presentations to generate student interest in CEC educational programs. Generate leads, enrollments and starts of students in the high school setting to ensure attainment of lead generation goals.  Appropriately classify leads based on student interest and return data to school in a timely manner. Develop and maintain relationships between the school, the community and each high school’s teachers and guidance counselors.  Organize, implement and participate in on campus events and community outreach opportunities to increase awareness of the school and their programs.
