Applicant must also practice good work habits in cleaning and sanitizing all workstations and equipment following company, client and regulatory procedures.
This position includes: daily food prep duties, preparing attractive presentations while adhering to individual client specific portion and packaging controls, working in a past paced open kitchen, interaction with clients regarding food and menu items, excellent telephone etiquette, basic computer skills, ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures and daily cleaning duties as directed.
