We currently operate 122 store locations throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.?? We are currently looking for a Baker/Delivery Driver in the Windham Maine area. Primary Purpose: Responsible for performing all job duties in the production facility according to company specifications baking, frying, cooling and distribution/delivery of bakery products. Essential Duties and responsibilities: Baking: 1. Monitor cooking completion times and set heat and humidity temperatures 2. Frost, ice and decorate product 3. Must be able to plan production to meet demands of individual stores 4. Complete bakery checklist 5. Performs all other work related duties as assigned 6. Observe and maintain company sanitation and food safety standards 7. Adhere to safe work practices and participates in safety program Delivery Driving: 1. Complete store deliveries after product has been baked, adhering to the route designated 2. Ensure that all orders are properly organized and filled before leaving the store location 3. Push/pull loading racks, put bags on racks, load van 4. Unload empty racks from van into the kitchen 5. Clean the van when necessary 6. Finalize paperwork 7. Perform other work related duties as assigned 8. Adhere to safe work practices Requirements: 18 years or older Valid driver's license Valid DOT medical card Clean driving record Maintain neat and well groomed personal appearance and comply with personal appearance policy Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to perform physical requirements of position Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Food service deliver experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred
